We will start with an intake to get a better feeling for your complex challenge and your goals within it, and from there we will define together what is needed.

From the beginning, we will use systems mapping to structure our thoughts and conversations, see how things connect and what is missing.

This will help guide us to what is needed next and which of my collaborators we might bring in.

We could for exaple map out in more detail what you already know, explore the deeper why behind your goals and how they connect to the goals of others in the system, organise a workshop with your team or broader stakeholders to see more perspectives, think through possible interventions and experiment with implementing them.
